Terms & Conditions — MrCoin Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and MrCoin (hereinafter "MrCoin", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at mrcoin.cam and all associated services, features, games, and tools available therein.

MrCoin operates as an online casino and sports betting platform providing live dealer casino games, slots, table games, and sports wagering services. The Platform is operated under international licensing standards and is intended exclusively for entertainment purposes by eligible adult users.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the MrCoin platform, you unequivocally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with MrCoin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on MrCoin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by MrCoin for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not employed by, contracted to, or otherwise affiliated with MrCoin or any of its game providers, payment processors, or affiliated companies.
7. You are of sound mind and are acting in full understanding of the financial risks associated with gambling activities.

4. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the MrCoin platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact number, and residential address. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever such information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. MrCoin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify MrCoin support immediately at support@mrcoin.cam.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, MrCoin requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include: a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad/NRIC), passport, or driver's licence; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and where required, evidence of the payment method used for deposits. All documents must be clear, unaltered, and in English or Bahasa Melayu.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing and using the MrCoin platform, you agree to use all services strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation, systematic abuse, or use for purposes other than personal entertainment is expressly prohibited.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Access the Platform using supported browsers or devices for personal gaming and betting activities.
• Contact customer support through the official live chat feature or via the support email for legitimate account-related queries.
• Participate in promotions in good faith and strictly within the stated promotion terms.

5.2 Unacceptable Use

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the Platform's technology, design, or game logic.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using the Platform for any activity that MrCoin reasonably determines to be deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

MrCoin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. All deposits are subject to real-time verification and may be subject to additional review by our fraud prevention team.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. MrCoin targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes; however, processing times may be extended pending KYC verification, fraud screening, or technical factors beyond our control. MrCoin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MrCoin does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Players who fund accounts via payment methods denominated in foreign currencies may incur conversion charges from their payment provider, which are outside MrCoin's control and responsibility.

6.4 Player Fund Security

Player deposits are held in accounts segregated from MrCoin's operational funds. MrCoin does not use player funds for corporate purposes. This segregation ensures that your deposited funds remain accessible and protected independently of MrCoin's business operations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

MrCoin offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have not previously violated these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms.
• MrCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses only (total wagers minus total winnings) over the relevant qualifying period and is credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League), UFC, basketball, and others — are governed by MrCoin's sports betting rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. MrCoin reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered; or (c) MrCoin reasonably determines that fraudulent or irregular activity has taken place in connection with the relevant event.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and specialty games — are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are independently certified and available upon request. MrCoin does not modify or override game outcomes and cannot be held liable for game-level technical malfunctions that fall within the responsibility of the game provider.

8.3 Malfunctions and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during active gameplay, MrCoin will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state and restore wagers and winnings accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, MrCoin's decision on the outcome shall be final. MrCoin accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

9. Responsible Gambling

MrCoin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a defined play duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MrCoin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or the use of the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Operating or using software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing MrCoin staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the MrCoin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of MrCoin or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of MrCoin.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MrCoin shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays beyond MrCoin's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a User's own failure to maintain account security or safeguard login credentials.
• Losses resulting from a User's gambling activity, including the outcome of any game or bet.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit MrCoin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

MrCoin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding obligations will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is deemed dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. MrCoin may deduct a monthly administrative fee of RM10 from the dormant account balance. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate dormant accounts or initiate withdrawal of remaining funds.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MrCoin holds its international operating licence. MrCoin makes no representation that the services provided are appropriate or legally available in any particular jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex regulatory position under Malaysian law and accept sole responsibility for understanding and complying with any applicable local legal obligations. MrCoin does not provide legal advice and the foregoing does not constitute legal advice to any User.

15. Amendments to These Terms

MrCoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, MrCoin will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the affected account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13. The most current version of these Terms is always available at mrcoin.cam/terms-conditions.
